Sadder still that, in the case of your mom, no one was able to effect getting her help. She was, however, very practiced at hiding her illness from those around her. This entry gives a wonderful illustration of how those walls erect themselves. Hopefully, it can help others to recgnize where they may have created walls where really "garden borders" exist.
